Studio Anywhere is a turnkey portable photo-studio package for location productions that demand professional results. The complete kit combines premium Profoto lighting, modifiers, grip equipment, a seamless paper backdrop, and practical accessories so your team can arrive, set up, and start creating.

Rental requirements

Certificate of Insurance (best practice)

For commercial clients, provide a Certificate of Insurance covering the rented equipment for its full replacement value of $5,245. When appropriate, the certificate should name HGAB Studios as additional insured and as loss payee or loss payee/equipment owner for the rented equipment.

Security deposit or credit-card hold

If an approved Certificate of Insurance is not provided, HGAB Studios will require a refundable security deposit or credit-card authorization hold for the total equipment value of $5,245. Debit cards are not accepted for this requirement.

Equipment-rental terms

  • Pick-up and drop-off are available between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily.
  • Please allow up to two hours for the equipment rental to be prepared for pick-up.
  • Each booking is for a 24-hour rental period.
  • Late returns incur a $99 late fee plus the cost of an additional rental day.
